Refund policy
7-day returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging with the SKU label.
How to return
- Email verlanneshop@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving our instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
Return shipping
The customer pays the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the package for the refund to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items that do not meet the return conditions may be refused or subject to a deduction of up to 20% of the item price.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at verlanneshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
